Returns and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping is non refundable.

The customer must cover any shipping costs when returning an item/ items back to us.

Please note we only accept returns sent via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. The use of any other delivery company will result in failed delivery meaning we won't receive your return. 


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Please note if we receive your return 30 days or more after we sent our returns info then a refund won't be issued. But rather store credit will be offered.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to show in your account after a refund has been issued.
