Can I amend/edit an order?
Yes you can, please let us know as soon as possible what changes you'd like made to your order. Ideally within the first 2 hours of the order being placed. After this there is a chance we may not be able to make any changes due to your order being processed.
When will I receive my order?
UK orders take 5-14 business days for delivery once they are shipped. Royal Mail deliver our UK parcels. Orders outside the UK we ship directly from our international manufacturer. So please expect delivery times between 5-15 business days.
How can I track my order?

I would like to return an item in my order, how can I do this?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping is non refundable.
The customer must cover any shipping costs when returning an item/ items back to us.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, just drop us an email at info@littlejax.co.uk as soon as you place your order and we can add this into the parcel for you.
